This lock down may trigger many different emotions throughout its lengthy time. All are perfectly understandable! Wether you are happy to have more time on your hands to do things that needed doing around the home, sad because of all the heart breaking news out there at the moment, frustrated that you can’t go out and do the normal things that we all could do before and took for granted (myself included!) Anxious, because we just don’t really know how long this might go on for, I just want to say that it really won’t and can’t last forever, we will get through this, and our once normal everyday lives, will resume. Just be grateful that we don’t have bombs falling on us from the skies, we have food supplies in our shops (although sometimes these are limited), we have our lives and those of us that do not have the Covid-19 virus, we are the lucky ones! Remember that, when you’re feeling frustrated, remember that people of all ages are dying from this, it would appear that no one is not at risk from this!
Please, please, please stay at home, if you do not need to go out to get food/medicine or help a vulnerable person! Exercise, if you must, but avoid people. It truly saddens and annoys me when I see, on news reports, groups of people flouting these common sense practices and gathering in parks and on beaches etc! We must all sacrifice our freedoms, now, temporarily, so that we may get to a new tomorrow where we can appreciate them once again! The world has changed. We can’t stubbornly refuse to accept this.
Stay at home! Stay safe! Support our NHS, front line and key workers!
Be strong! Sending you all lots of love and best wishes. ❤️🤗 #stayathome #stayathomeandstaysafe #coronavid19 #covid19 #protectournhs #lockdown #lockdown2020 #england #kent #mentalhealthawareness #youarenotalone #youwillbefound #wellbeing #gayboy #gaylad #gayguy #instagay #gaystagram #lgbtq 🌈 #lgbt #life #gaylife #gaylifestyle #gayworld
