I have been making this bundt cake for years and it's an easy recipe to follow. I like this one because the yogurt honey sauce isn't too sweet and the Bundt cake is light and fluffy. 🍊🍊🍊🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰

|Amaretto Orange Bundt Cake|
↪️1 1/3 cups of all purpose flour, 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 pinch of salt, 1 stick of butter (1/2 cup), 3/4 cup of organic sugar, 1 orange zested, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 teaspoons of amaretto, 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice ↩️
1. In a large bowl mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together. Set aside.
2. In a mixer whisk the butter until creamy. About 2 minutes. With the mixer running on low add the sugar and then the eggs 1 at a time. Whisk the mixture for about 2 minutes. Add the vanilla, amaretto, and orange zest.
3. Add the yogurt and continue to whisk on low until mixture is combined. Scrape the sides down with a spatula.
4. Add half the flour to the mixer on low then add the orange juice. Add the rest of the flour and mix just until batter is smooth.
5. Pour batter in a greased bundt pan.
6. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
7. While cake is baking make the frosting.
8. In a bowl beat together 1 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup Cretan Thyme honey, and 2 tablespoons of orange juice. Whisk to combine until smooth. When cake has cooled drizzle the sauce over the cake and serve. ↩️↩️↩️
