We did it again, Just Leased!
The Largest lease yet, in my career. This is a really big deal to me, personally and professionally 🙌. Kodak Tower Commons, Building 10.

This past summer I completed this long-term multi-year lease for a large organization I was working with that closed in September. Unknown it was going to work for them, but was part of my market knowledge, that this could be a possibility for them. The longtime World Headquarters for Eastman Kodak company and of course a company my dad worked for close to 40 years, gave me a lot of excitement to show them the floor plan.

Kodak Tower is a 19-story skyscraper in the High Falls District of Rochester, New York, and is part of the Eastman Kodak Headquarters complex. It has a roof height of 340 ft (103.6 m) and stands 366 ft (111.6 m) with its antenna spire included. It was Rochester, NY’s tallest building for over 50 years from its completion in 1941 until the Xerox Square Tower surpassed it in the late 1960s. Today, it is the 4th tallest building in Rochester, NY and is the 9th tallest building in NY State outside NYC.
