A lil Flex Friyayyy Flashback💪🏼 Sooo I get asked all the time about how I stay so motivated day in and day out....and here’s my answer.
You arent always going to be motivated and that is where being disciplined comes into play! The question should be... how do you stay disciplined day in and day out?
I’m no different than anyone else. I lack motivation a lot....more than most of you realize, but I have learned how to be disciplined and grind it out when I don’t have the motivation or just don’t feel like it.
This is why I preach MINDSET! When your mind and body isn’t motivated you have to dig down deep and find that discipline to keep going....the list below are affirmations I look to when I need that like extra push⤵️

2. I am in charge of my own outcomes
3. I can accomplish anything!
4. I believe in myself enough to follow through
5. Nobody can hold me back, not even my own doubts
6. I have to discipline and will power to keep going

9. I owe it to myself to wake up and 💥Accept it. Own it. Crush it💪🏼
