Trying to social distance doesn’t mean you need to give up on your exercise routines. The fundraising team at Garden House Hospice Care want to help you keep on top of your physical and mental health. For the month of April we are bringing back MED 30 - Move Every Day for 30 minutes, for 30 days.
During the 30 days of April we want to get you moving for 30 minutes, every day, so you can stay healthy; physically and emotionally, as well as keeping active.
Whether you are in isolation, looking for ways to exercise inside and outside, or keep the kids fit, healthy and entertained; moving every day for 30 minutes can be really easy to achieve.
You can complete any type of activity you like; whether it be walking, jogging, cycling, playing games and sports, or online dancing and fitness classes.
We will provide you with all the support you need through weekly emails which will share suggestions of activities you can do. All we ask from you is to sign up and raise a donation of £30 to help support our local patients receiving end of life care.
