|• WHAT DOES FITNESS MEAN TO YOU?
For me, being fit doesn't mean picking up crazy weights or running a marathon, although people who can do that are certainly fit. But for the average person, fitness helps us to live life to the fullest and encompasses the three important parts of our being; physical, mental and emotional health.
These three aspects of a person as stated above, all play a part in the state of our physical health. However when we think of fitness or being fit, we usually refer to physical fitness and it is important for several reasons :
✔️Our heart, which is a muscle gets healthy
✔️exercise makes us healthier emotionally. Gives sense of purpose and fights with lethargy and depression.
✔️being fit and healthy will make you confident and happier
✔️Exercise is a fantastic stress buster
✔️Excellent way to keep our joints and ligaments strong.
I am sure everyone understands the importance of being fit but needs that extra PUSH to begin, so if you are reading this, use this post as your extra push and JUST BEGIN. Unleash the power and strength stored within you💪
