Journalling is not writing in a diary. It is the intentional act of putting pen to paper for greater clarity.
It helps people get out of their ego mind, understand their limiting patters of behaviour and to think creativity about their lives, what they want, and what they are ready to let go.
To all the 'journallers' out there, I see you. I think you are awesome.
