Here is a little circuit to get your core on fire!! 🔥🔥🔥
🔹High plank shoulder taps x20
*focus on keeping core engaged and hips as still as possible* 🧐 mine moved more than I thought but it’s so tough!! 😆
🔹mountain climbers x20
* opposite knee to opposite elbow, not too fast keeping core super tight
🔹 high plank step outs x5 🤷🏼♀️ not really sure what to call those?
🔹 High plank hold x20 seconds
* push hands into ground, protracting the shoulder blades, keep core, legs, glutes engaged.
Rest 1 minute + repeat 👌🏼

But also, if you feel this in your lower back at all you can either:
1. Take a rest in-between each exercise, re-set nice and strong and crack on!!
2.
