Quarantine Challenge: Day #18 - self portrait
One time I read someone saying that drawing someone is in part drawing that person's soul and giving it a little bit of your own soul. So, with the challenge and a self-portrait, I think I'm giving my soul twice... With that said, I thought that I should describe a little bit of myself for some reason (a little bit strange? I hope not). I see myself as some nerdy silly 23-years girl that laughs a lot and has a gaudy laugh that everyone loves to criticize. Everyone has something to say about that laugh... "Why do you have that laugh? Why are you laughing all the time? If you are laughing, you're not working!" Everyone is so wrong... I laugh all the time and I don't control it totally. I laugh like that because that is my natural and genuinely laugh. I laugh while working because I love what I do and I'm there with all I have working. I only think of 2 things that I do and I rarely laugh: drawing and reading; and that's because I'm out of my mind, I'm somewhere lost in my mind (while drawing) and lost in someone's mind (while reading). So, if you see me laughing all the time with you, you must think that I'm really with you and not lost somewhere in my own mind...
