The past few days have been busy, running around, and not paying attention to taking care of me. I haven’t been eating right or drinking enough water. Today it all caught up with me... I was tired, didn’t feel good, and had zero motivation for anything. My emotions were all over the place, was grumpy, and anxious.
After a nap to reset myself, I pressed play on my workout. It was the last thing I wanted to do, and had every excuse to say “not today”. But I had people counting on me to get it done because they did. I didn’t want to let them down, or myself.
Making a decision to change your habits isn’t easy. As a matter of fact it is hard AF. And if you try doing it alone... well, I can speak from personal experience it can make it almost impossible. If it wasn’t for my workout crew and amazing group of coaches I get to work with everyday, this journey would be tough and I know I would have thrown in the towel today.
But most of all, this little guy is my reason for showing up. I want to be a happy and healthy mommy for him and give him a 100% of me each day.
