we have been given the opportunity to find ways to bring our favorite foods to life in ways that more or less help us stay on track with our goals! an example being french toast! my mom has had me hooked since bubhood lol so i had to figure out a way to bring it back just the slightest bit straighter with the current goal for the time being 🤝 (lane eventually reverts back to the og recipe every so often 🤪🍞🥖-breads my shitttt)
French TOAST recipe🥰❣️
- 46g egg whites
- vanilla extract
-sourdough bread (5g protein/slice) 🍞
w/ a side of Yogurt (Fage 2%), berries of choice & some pepitas for guud fats & added sugar free maple🍁 on top!
mixed the egg whites, vanilla extract & cinnamon together. could add milk as well! soaked the pieces of bread in the egg wash & then pan fried it in avocado oil spray 🥑🙌🏽
