1. READ BOOKS 📚 📖 According to research from Thomas Cowley, 85% of self-made millionaires read two or more books per month. Biographies are a great example. People spend their whole lives learning from their experiences, the fact that you can learn what someone has learnt in their lives in a few hours is unreal. The same goes for most self-help books. A lot of these books are from people spending years researching and applying a specific technique / habit yet you can learn its effectiveness in a few hours.
2. TAKE ACTION ⚡️⚡️ Nothing will ever change if you don’t take action, you won’t magically start feeling better or looking better by doing nothing. A lot of people wait for opportunities to present themselves, you need to look for opportunities and when they appear you need to grab them and not let go.
3. SET GOALS 🎯 This is seriously one of the most useful things you can ever do. SET SOME DAMN GOALS!!! You won’t get anywhere without a map, you will just wonder around and probably end up so far off from where you wanted to go that your shit scared and panicking. Take a few minutes to write down where you want to be in a year from now and go wild, then write a plan on how you will work towards that goal every day / week. Review your goals consistently and adjust accordingly.
4. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR HEALTH 💪💪💪 You can have the fastest, most expensive supercar in the world but how the hell is supposed to run on alcohol and ice- cream? If I gave you any car in the world, but you could never get another car for the rest of your life, then you would take pretty good care of that car and give it the most premium fuel possible. That’s what your body is, we only get one and they are a hell of a lot more complicated then a supercar. Everytime I discover a new super food, new workout, new way to improve my body, I am utterly shocked at how much better I feel. I can’t even imagine what I felt like before I started taking care of myself. #motivationalquotes #motivation #selfcare #health #selflove
