Here I'm performing Low bar Squats 130kgs × 3 × 6.
Individuals watching this video will think or assume that I'm genetically gifted or I was always as stronger as I'm at present.
As a beginner I was very bad at squatting because I didn't knew the correct technique to perform it & many huge bros 😂 told me it'll hurt my knees.
Around 1st year of my training I barely squatted 60kgs to 8 or 10 reps. Yes my deadlift's were far better than that.
Many individuals are afraid of getting injured trying to perform Compound Movements(Multi Joint Movements). It's not about weight on the bar, it's about your technique. It's about correct movement patterns which are best suited for your body. When I say technique it'll include many variables I.e your form, range of motion, biomechanics,do you have any injuries in past & your ability of that muscles to produce muscular force.
Since how long you are training, (for your neuromuscular adaptations) will help you to perform these movements.
While learning any movements you should make sure all the above factors are in check.
The simple advice is to give yourself more time under the bar, at that specific movement on which you want to improve & with time you'll see the results.
