Hello, I've been a bit quiet here in Instagram over the last few weeks. I can imagine we're all facing similar challenges albeit processed in different ways. Thankyou to our frontline staff -NHS and social workers, bin men, shop staff, teachers... all who continue to keep the mechanisms of a functioning society afloat so that we can 'self-isolate' and try to collectively respond to this crisis.
Family, community and the love of friends becomes more important.
And I continue also with my studies which although sporadic with the need for more flexibility, has been a refuge away from thinking about covid19. I have been working particularly on moving from purely observational to more imaginative work. After my tutorial last week I decided to help with this by working three dimensionally as this was a way of working in the pat which wasn't overly reliant on observation.
