🙆☀ I just realized I haven't posted for a week 😅 we spend as much time as we can in the backyard and garden, it makes the whole situation a bit bearable..🌈🎈🎈
🌸So it's sunday, I've made meatloaf with eggs and puff pastry, quick few steps and the oven makes the rest of the work😅

⏩1 medium onion,cubed
⏩1 clove of garlic
⏩2 teaspoons of chopped parsley leaves
⏩700g minced meat
⏩2 teaspoons of mustard
⏩450g puff pastry ⏩6 cooked eggs
Sautee the onion, garlic and parsley leaves in butter.
🔗Combine it with the minced meat, salt, pepper, and one egg.
☁Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangular shape.
🍁Put half of the meat mixture in the middle of the dough (photo).
🍳Line up the cooked eggs on top of it.(photo)
🌺Cover the eggs with the rest of the meat(photo)
🌿Cut the sides of the dough as shown on photo, and cross-fold it.
🌻Brush it with egg wash.
🕚Bake for approx 40minutes-175c.
