All you need is one band! If you have a couple you can adjust the resistance by swapping them out. If you only have one you can alter the resistance by where you hold the band and putting your feet further apart!

💪🏼 Straight arm raises
💪🏽 Chest flyes
💪🏾 Tricep pull downs
💪🏿 Alternating bicep curls
💪🏾 One arm rows
💪🏽 Bent over flyes
💪🏼 Lat pull downs
❌You can do the standard 12-15 reps for three sets or make into a circuit:
❌Round 1: 60s with minimal rest
❌Round 2: 45s with minimal rest
❌Round 3: 30s with minimal rest
💡For Bootcamp classes I like to give “fake rest exercises” so instead of rest you have the option to do exercises like squats, high knees and burpees in!
🔥This is a great way to get cardio in and make the most of your workout and burn lots of calories 😅
