Chicken, Cauliflower Masala Curry 🍲🐔 Great hearty meal, can make the portions as big or small as you like! 👍 This dish is reasonable spicy 😋 but super delish! Lovely blend or flavours and spices from the cupboard!
Plus great way to use up some wraps by turning them into easy popadoms!
Serves 5 Peeps!!!! Ingredients:
Chicken Thighs X8
Butter Beans X1 Tin
Spanish onion 🧅 X2
Mixed Peppers X2
Chicken Stock X1
Spring Onions 🌿
Chilli's X2 🌶️
Black and Red Peppa
Easy Garlic 🧄
Tikka Masala Sauce X2 Jars
Whole Wraps x2
Start Part! Boiling your Chicken 🐔🍲in a pot with water and Chicken stock for around 6-8mins.
Cut Cauliflower into Chuck's and boil on pot on medium heat.
Chop your veggies into strips and chunks, Peppers, Mushroom, Onions, chillis, Spring Onions.....Add your veggies to large pan with oil and x1 TBspn of Easy Garlic!!! And a fair share of Black and Red Pepper, stir through and allow to brown.
Drain Chicken but keep some water back for later for flavour and to loosen mixture.
Pop your chicken in a large pot with the veggies on top, allow to heat for 5 mins then add, some coriander, X1 Tspn of Cumin and X2 TBspn of Chilli Powder 🌶️and mix in. Now add your X2 Jars of Masala, Butter Beans!!! and a little bit of that water you kept behind! Now allow to cook through complete on a medium to high heat for around 15 mins. POP DA LID ON
