💯Muscles really appreciate massage because it allows them to become less heavy which will result in muscles sitting higher. Also with massage, we are improving the muscle tone, volume, and texture so they become healthier and more youthful.
1️⃣Take your index fingers and sweep them along the jawline. When massaging the jawline you want to address all these tiny little muscles along with pulling out the tension and stress and make them softer. So they are able to rise. Repeat 10 times.
2️⃣Take two fingers and get the jawbone in between them and move your fingers up towards the ears. These movements are also going to stimulate the lymphatic system as well and help with drainage. Repeat 10 times.
3️⃣Bend the knuckles and do the same movement. This will go even deeper. Move up all the way to the base of the ears.
This will help to keep the jawline firm and tight and will help to improve any jowls sagging. Repeat 10 times.
