It is Fridays again and as last Friday and the weeks before, I happily support the movement.
Nowadays, the protest moved online, but the idea to raise climate awareness stays the same.
I do believe we can all contribute to a brighter future - on a corporate and governmental level, but also on an individual level.

This is how to change your everyday behavior:
💻 Make a must-can list:
Commuting, clothing, food intake, plastic waste, business trips, energy providers, vacation plans and more - the list is long. As we know that change won’t happen in a day, start by reviewing your own/family habits. Which routines can be changed and which are essential?
🌍 Elaborate alternatives
In some areas you will have the flexibility to change to an environmentally friendly alternative, in others you won’t. It is important, though, to not only make yourself aware of your habits and routines, but also know where it is at all possible to introduce changes.
👣 Implement changes step-by-step
Change is a process! In order to loose weight, for example, you would consider your lifestyle, eating habits, energy intake, sleeping habits, physical activity, alcohol consumption, stress levels and other factors to then slowly shift each part in a direction of an healthier lifestyle alternative. Same here. As above mentioned, you have your list with alternatives ready. Adjust some and see how compatible it is with your everyday life. Repeat until it becomes a routine and address the next.
