• Aloo masala - Boil the potatoes, peel the cover off & mash them properly, later on a medium flame pan pour some oil, add ginger garlic paste, green chillies paste, red chilli powder & ketchup to it, once it is cooked add little water & salt, squeeze half a lemon in the end and add your mashed potatoes to it, then top it w chopped coriander & your aloo masala is ready.
• Paneer masala - On a medium flame pan pour some oil, add onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and tomato puree to it, once it is cooked add cashew paste, some curd & salt, lastly add square-shaped paneer & coriander to it and paneer masala is ready.
• Franky - Cook rotis again both sides, add chopped onion, schezwan sauce, mayonnaise & cheese, later add the stuffing of your choice, wrap it up nicely & your delicious street-styled Franky is ready.
*BB tip: Prefer not adding salt or add v less salt while making the masala because in the end when you add schezwan & mayonnaise it becomes too salty.
