So you busted your ass in the gym for the last couple of years...and now what?
You're stuck at home, books and clothes everywhere (or maybe that's just me 🙈) you clear a little corner in your bedroom for a yoga mat. You order the very LAST 10kg kettlebell from Amazon.... And you cry about losing your gains 😭
EXCEPT, it doesnt have to be that way!
Remember, it's a lot harder to gain muscle than it is to maintain it...so you're going to be ok 😉
Also, there's a bunch of other variables you can play with to get your training at home working well for you.
IN the gym we might be thinking mostly about increaseing the weight on the bar. At home, we need to think more about increasing the VOLUME, and we do that by increasing sets, reps, or decreasing rest periods.
How are you guys adapating your workouts to get the most out of them at home?
