My #ecohabits till now (with some illustrations). Interestingly, while writing the post, I was remembering and adding more and more things, as many of them became so natural
🌱trying to use my own washable fabric bags instead of plastic ones (where possible)
🌱less packaging 🌱sorting the garbage, but another question is whether they really collect it and further sort it for recycling in our area of Lebanon 🌱bamboo toothbrush (still under trial)
🌱#multi -use menstrual pads
🌱healthier food, almost no meat (more details about this later)
🌱no tea bags, just leaf tea (which is also tastier and higher quality)
🌱no single-use plastic, no baloons (check my pretty bamboo coffee mug)
🌱minding my shopping and possessions
🌱less chemicals, everywhere 🌱trying to fix/give new life to broken or old things (searching ideas for this, how I dream that there would be a workshop with creative artists for this!)
🌱using resources like water, electricity more sparingly (e.x., using the water from my child's bath for cleaning balconies instead of just throwing)
🌱 regular exercises 🌱stopping to get worried
In my plans:
💚to try hard shampoo
💚to study more about minimalism 💚to revise my wardrobe
💚to work on regular sleep 💚to smile more often
💚to learn more info about other ways of zero waste lifestyle, ecological solutions, find like-minded people here (hey, if u are the one from Lebanon, let me know!💚) and get more inspired by other ecologically conscious guys (like Hoakin Phoenix and many more famous ppl)!
Any more ideas?
Who else is bothered by these issues?
