𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙝𝙪𝙜𝙚 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚... For anyone who knew me personally a year ago, this is a huge change! This picture was taken at 6𝙖𝙢 this morning and I am smiling lol. I used to wake up 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 after snoozing the alarm for an hour, get ready for work in 30 minutes and always felt tired, rushed and annoyed because it was the 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜. That was enough to put me in a bad mood. I hated mornings. I just wanted to sleep. I would get to work and I just needed coffee to function and I didn’t want to have to speak to anyone until after I had it. Now I wake up an hour and a half before I have to leave my house, take my 𝙑𝙄𝙏𝘼𝙈𝙄𝙉𝙎, get ready, listen to a podcast, do my gratitude and visualization, and then make my morning 𝙎𝙃𝘼𝙆𝙀 and pack my lunch! My mornings are so much more 𝘾𝘼𝙇𝙈 and smooth. I’m awake and ready to move. I just love how I feel!! Working on your 𝙃𝙀𝘼𝙇𝙏𝙃 is the most important thing you can do, especially right now! Feed your body what it needs to function at its highest potential. Get enough sleep. Always keep your health and well-being in the forefront of your mind! It’s so necessary.
