1.5 years we’ve been in this little home as a family of 4..
As I see the hype around now with kids going back to school, and society easing out of these crazy times… I fall into even further gratitude for the amazing humans I get to do life with every single day. These 3.
We aren’t in a rush to head back to school or the hustle and bustle of normality.
We have been loving the iso home-life, free-flowing through our days, depending on our needs emotions and desires. All learning about each other on a deeper level. Boundaries, Triggers, weaknesses, strengths… imo super important when nurturing the foundations of relationships.
It hasn’t always been easy - but what I know to be true Is that positive emotions have a far better reaction within our body than negative emotions.
A positive outlook not only aids in healthy behaviour changes but it can reduce inflammation in the body,
Lower risk of diseases like diabetes, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis and even overall risk of death.
How do we stay positive through the chaos?
Firstly realising that life is always going to challenge us. It’s inevitable. Be aware & accept that good comes with bad and happy comes with sad.
Then.. CREATE the emotions you want to feel.
You are the creator of your reality, YOU have the power to change your physiology.
What you think you create.
It’s that simple.
You may not feel excited during a stressful time, but I bet you if you put some music on with your kids and dance around with no shits given then you will instantly feel lighter, happier and less stressed.
That there, is YOU creating your emotions.
Taking CONTROL of your reality.
