One thing a lot younger guys are always asking me is, what is the best bicep exercise? For me it had to be the ZOTTMAN CURL, why?
well first off, in the strongest part of the movement (eccentric) we use our weakest grip (pronated). This allows us to fully stress both parts of the bicep!
The second huge benefit is that on the weakest part of the movement (concentric) we are using the strongest grip (supinated) allowing us to really tear down those muscle fibres.
Third reason why this exercise is the best bicep exercise for me is that it contains both supination and pronation. Both are movements which the bicep are responsible for!
