As we continue to expand and pivot our business again from virtual to in person, customer service has to be a #1 priority for us a company. .
My goal was to build a team of people that are highly motivated to help me take this brand to the next level! .
We put major work on the backend of the business and invested time so we can have actual system in place to better nurture our current members. .
So with that being said, we introduced our team members yesterday to our Bootcamp evening class to recognize these individuals officially as part of the Lifted Official Academy. Each will be playing a role as a team leader and I expect high standards when it comes to serving our team.
They were members for a long time and invested a lot into themselves. Seeing them go beyond there scope as a client to stepping up as leader without ever asking for anything has truly been a blessing. .
Big major plans coming for us as we began to plan out not just weeks in advance however yearly goals!
