  • We put the "chip" in these Lay’s Chocolate Chip Cookies. Recipe below! 🍪 Ingredients: ▪️ Approx. 4 cups Lay’s® Classic Potato Chips (13 oz. party-sized bag, crushed 1/8 in-1/4 in. ) ▪️ 2 sticks (1 cup) Butter, unsalted, softened ▪️3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar ▪️3⁄4 cup Granulated Sugar ▪️1 tsp. Vanilla Extract ▪️2 Eggs ▪️2 1⁄4 cups All Purpose Flour ▪️1 tsp. Baking Soda ▪️3⁄4 tsp. Kosher Salt ▪️1 1⁄2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips Preparation: -Preheat oven at 325 F. -Beat together room temperature butter and both kinds of sugar, on high speed, until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes). -Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, and beat on medium speed until just combined. -Combine all dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, and salt) and add to the mixer. Mix on low speed until just combined. -Stir in approximately half of the crushed Lay’s® potato chips (reserve the rest for coating) and the chocolate chips. Fold to incorporate. -Refrigerate until dough is chilled. -Scoop dough into approximate 2-3 Tbsp. balls. Press down lightly to flatten slightly, and roll/coat in the remaining crushed Lay’s®. -Place cookies 2 inches apart on a parchment- lined baking sheet. -Bake for approximately 13 minutes, or until edges are set and lightly golden. -Allow to cool completely on baking sheet, serve, and enjoy! -(Add a light dusting of fine flour salt or fleur de sel can be added post-bake to bring out the sweet/salty flavor combo from the potato chips).

  • Mac N Cheese just got an upgrade. Enter Lay’s Salt & Vinegar Mac n Cheese. Ingredients: 1 bag of LAYS® Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips 1 pound elbow macaroni 8 Tablespoons butter ¼ cup flour 4 cups milk ¼ teaspoon dried thyme 1/8 teaspoon or a pinch of nutmeg 1 ½ tsp of salt pinch of cayenne pepper 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese ¼ teaspoon dry mustard 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs -Cook the macaroni in boiling water. Drain and set aside. -Melt 4 Tbps of the butter in a saucepan over low heat. -Stir in the flour. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring. Slowly pour in the milk, whisking consistently to prevent clumps. -Stir in the thyme, nutmeg, salt and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes until sauce starts to thicken. Remove from heat. -Combine the sauce with the Cheddar cheese, Gruyère cheese and mustard. Cook, stirring for 3 minutes or until the cheese melts. -Crumble the LAYS® Salt & Vinegar Flavored Potato Chips. Combine with Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and remaining 4 Tbsp of butter in a large saucepan. Stir over medium heat for 5 minutes, until golden brown. -Combine the macaroni with the cheese sauce.   • Lay’s Wavy meet Jalapeno Popper Dip💥 Make it for your long weekend ahead! ⤵️ Dip 8 oz cream cheese, soft 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp garlic powder 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 c. shredded Monterrey Jack cheese ¾ c. shredded Parmesan cheese ~6 oz of diced jalapenos, drained Topping 1 c. Panko bread crumbs 4 Tbsp melted butter 1 Tbsp fresh parsley minced ¼ c. shredded Parmesan cheese Recipe: Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, combine and mix the cream cheese, garlic powder and sour cream until whipped. Add cheddar cheese, Monterrey Jack cheese, ¾ c. Parmesan cheese and jalapeños, mix until combined. Spread into an 8x8 inch greased baking pan. In a small bowl, combine the topping ingredients. Spread over the top of the dip mixture in dish. Bake 17-20 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
