Some one wrote today about kundalini Yoga - At first I felt great but then it was too much is their something wrong with me? - The answer is their is nothing wrong with you. We do yoga without relating it back to our Dosha, not all yoga poses and yoga styles are good for all body types. Vata can get a high but then can be spaced out by too much fast pace yoga, pitta will always want to have a “huge “ expierence and will avoid calm and yin yoga because it’s boring, but in reality to much movement especially balistic movement can take Pitta in to killer mode after a yoga class. Kapha will rather stay in a little nest and stay in Yin when actually a good sweat and high energy transformation is what would make Kapha feel a lot better. Listen to your Dosha’s with age you change. You can not expect to stay with the same practice and same style of practice. Meditations are always key but preparation for them are also important. Always remember Sivasana, thats where the healing is - Vata usually has no patients and Pitta gets irritated at the thought of just laying around - you need it most. ❤️♥️🌊 #yoga #questions #answers #ayurveda #dosha #lifestyle
